She serves ox tails, steak, white rice and beans everyday. However there's many other daily options. She also makes Spanish breakfast - mangu, yuca, malanga + los tres golpes. If you're Spanish you know what I'm talking about. But for all others, tres golpes translates to "3 hits" referring to salami, eggs, and cheese that is fried to accompany your breakfast.
